Terms and Conditions:
Payment: Invoices will be sent via email for all orders. Payments can be made through Zelle, Venmo, by searching: Tagen Fort, or in cash (if paid in full at time of meeting to minimize additional meetups).
Deposit:
Order Changes: All change requests must be submitted and approved 7 days before the scheduled pickup time/day. However, due to product availability in the area, changes may not always be possible, even within the 7 day window.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Pick-ups: Scheduled pickup times/days are necessary to ensure availability. If unable to adhere to the scheduled pickup time/day, the customer must notify as soon as possible. In case of emergencies or unforeseen delays, the order may be left for porch pickup in a designated location, but Two Special Cookies is not liable for any damages or theft that may occur. Orders left unclaimed within 24 hours of scheduled pickup will be resold, donated, or properly disposed of, with no refund issued.
Icing Colors: Icing colors may vary and may not match inspiration photos or invitations. By placing an order, the customer agrees to this possibility.
Responsibility: Two Special Cookies is not responsible for any damages to products after transfer to the customer. Additionally, as a home-based bakery, it is not an allergen-free facility and may come in contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and coconut, among others. The customer is responsible for notifying Two Special Cookies of any allergies and assumes responsibility for consuming any products knowing the potential for allergen contamination. Two Special Cookies will not be held liable for any allergic reactions due to consumption of goods purchased by the client.
